Seminars:

BJJHeadStart seminars were developed using pilot gyms and extensive amount of testing before they were launched in current form.

Lots of brain work, user feedback and scoring of different versions were used to design the highest quality set of BJJ Takedown seminars.

Following four seminars are the result of that. We continue improving the offering as we learn more.

 

Takedowns for Dummies

This is where it begins. You will get exposed to BJJHeadStart approach. Be ready to a some mindset adjustments. With this seminar you will get your motivation boosted.

Grip Dominator II

In this seminar your understanding goes deeper and you will realize the true benefits of BJJHeadStart approach. You will soon start to forget how you used to train takedowns.

Sweep the Leg

Now it gets a bit more challenging. But the benefits are getting greater too. This seminar will get you started with the highest percentage stuff, if you are willing to invest a bit more time.

The HeadStart

Starting the BJJ macth is not only about takedowns. This seminar is about connecting the dots and making sure that what ever kind of game you play, it makes sense in the big picture.

Digest and Internalize

Purpose of the BJJHeadStart program is to change the way how BJJ Standup game is practiced. Seminars are designed to be combined freely to make this happen. Typically 2-4 seminars with 3-6 month time in between will start to make a change that stays.
